The team of the Law Firm consists of a partner, associates and a legal assistant. The firm also has an extensive network of partners in France and abroad.
Trilingual (French, English, Portuguese), Amélie ROBINE holds a Master in Law and Development Funding (Institut du Droit de la Paix et du Développement, Nice) and a Ph.-D in International Economic Law (Université Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne, Paris).
She began her career as a legal Researcher, devoting several years to the study and analysis of contracts of transfer of pharmaceutical technology and the conciliation of Pharmaceutical Patent Law and Health Law on the basis of an international and multidisciplinary approach (Brazil, India, Thailand).
She then decided to become a Lawyer in order to grasp her fields of research from a practical point of view.
She spent two years in a Parisian Law Firm specialized in Health Law, working in Medical Law, Pharmaceutical Law, Social Security Law, Medical and Pharmaceutical Ethics. Then, she joined a Parisian law firm of International Business Law, acting in Commercial Law, Competition Law and Criminal Business Law, before founding her own firm in January 2014.
She regularly publishes articles in specialized journals, and she is a member of the scientific committee of the Brazilian Journal of International Law.
She is responsible for the Health Law Working Group of the Brazil-France Good Trade Practices Commission of the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in France.
And she teaches in the Master 2 “Law and Business” of the University of Lagunes (Abidjan) and the Euro-African Institute of Economic Law.
